Installation method of fixed flexible smoke blocking wall

1. Cut the 2mm thick sheet into the corresponding size in advance, punch holes accurately in the appropriate position, tighten the sheet with Laluuding when installing, and the Laluuding spacing is 120mm;

2. Cut the fireproof cloth to the same length as the pressing sheet, then arrange the fireproofing under the pressing sheet, and tighten it at the punched place with screws. The upper end of the fireproof cloth is fixed on the top of the building with angle steel, and the lower end is fixed on the wall or column with expansion screw angle steel.

3. The overlapping size of the fireproof cloth at each angle steel is ≥60mm, and the upper and lower ends are left with flanging. The purpose is to fix the rear smoke wall without air leakage; when using fireproof sealing, it should be made of flat steel or angle steel. Use bolts to drill holes for fixing, tighten the spacer nuts, and the spacing is 150mm.

4. After installing the smoke blocking wall in the designated place, comprehensively check the stability, neatness and air leakage of the smoke blocking wall.
