Polyurethane fiberglass fabric roll is made of formulated flame-retardant polyurethane and glass fiber fabric. polyurethane coating gives fiberglass fabric roll good abrasion resistance, fabric stiffness and water resistance. Polyurethane coated glass cloth is an excellent material for welding or fire blankets and fire curtains.

Scope of application

1. It has very low elongation and instantaneous tensile strength, which can effectively eliminate the stress concentration at the joints or cracks of the road surface, reduce the expansion and upward reflection of cracks in the road surface, delay the generation of reflective cracks, and prolong the service life of the road. This greatly reduces the cost of repair and maintenance.

2. Made of non-woven fiberglass/polyurethane. It can withstand high temperature construction of modified asphalt concrete. This high temperature stability of polyester fiberglass cloth will provide a continuous, non-deformable waterproof layer for the road surface, effectively preventing moisture penetration and avoiding damage to the pavement layer and the base layer caused by moisture penetration.

3. Its material properties determine that it can be crushed and recycled. When iron planing, the polyurethane fiberglass fabric roll is shredded into very small fibers. This can actually improve the performance of the recycled material. Ripstops from other materials can sometimes stick to milling machines, causing costly downtime.

4. It will not deform or shrink under high temperature construction environment.
