Heat Resistant Fiberglass Textiles: Polymer Coated/Laminated Cloths

Silicone rubber coated E glass cloth (single or double coated)

The E-glass cloth is coated with a specific formula of silicone rubber on one or both sides. The silicone rubber can be applied to E-glass cloth of various weights and weaves, and the coating weight can also be varied to form light, medium or heavy coated cloth.

Silicone rubber has excellent weather resistance and aging resistance, and has high stability to ozone and ultraviolet rays.

Silicone rubber is continuously heat-resistant to 220°C and short-term heat-resistant to 250°C. The base fabric is heat-resistant to 550°C (stress-free).

Uses: Insulation covers or pads, hoses, automotive bellows and heat shields, etc. Medium and heavy duty coated cloth designed for the manufacture of removable insulating pads, flanges and valve covers, welding curtains and equipment covers

E glass cloth coated with silicone rubber on one side and polyurethane on the other

The E glass cloth is coated with silicone rubber on one side and flame retardant aluminum-tinted polyurethane on the other side. The polyurethane coating provides a heat reflective surface and other properties.

Polyurethane coating is rated for heat resistance of 150°C, silicone rubber coating is rated for heat resistance of 250°C, and E glass is rated for heat resistance of 550°C (no stress).

Neoprene Coated E Glass Cloth

Neoprene coated glass cloth is flexible, durable and resistant to breakdown. Neoprene can be applied to both sides of the glass cloth.

Because air and moisture are sequestered in the unique molecular structure of neoprene, it also remains stable at high temperatures.

Neoprene rubber is heat resistant to 120°C, E glass cloth is heat resistant to 550°C (no stress).

Conductive substances can also be added to this product to make antistatic black neoprene coated cloth.

Uses: Insulation covers and pads, hoses, automotive bellows.

PTFE coated E glass cloth

PTFE coated glass cloth combines the properties of PTFE with the mechanical strength of E glass cloth. Easy to clean, non-stick and good separation. PTFE is rated for heat resistance to 260°C.

Can be made into heavy and light coated cloth. It can also be made into anti-static black coated cloth.

Uses: Chemical resistant products in high temperature environments.
