2. The composite insulation boards are connected and laid from top to bottom, and the glass wool board and the mineral wool board should be laid in sequence.

3. After the fireproof non-combustible glass wool or mineral wool is pasted, check the anchoring point, flatness and bonding quality of the connected plates of the composite insulation board. Only after meeting the requirements can the dry hanging stone enterprise work.

4. Plate anchorage and surface treatment

(1) Anchoring: When installing the insulation board anchors, the depth to the structural wall shall not be less than 25mm. The depth of the hole is 120-130mm (including the thickness of the board itself), and the plastic expansion bolts are installed firmly, so that the glass wool board is tightly combined with the outer wall. The anchor point fastening should be 1 to 2mm below the surface of the glass wool board or mineral wool board. Arrangement of anchor points: Anchor points are set at the four corners of the glass wool board and the mineral wool board and the middle of the horizontal joints.

(2) Install the anchor bolts, with a vertical spacing of 300 mm and a horizontal spacing of 400 mm, arranged in a plum blossom shape. The corners of the base wall are densified to a distance of 200mm, which meets the requirements of design and related standards.

5. Layout requirements for the construction of composite lightweight partition panels: according to the standard entire format (specification: 1200X600), from bottom to top along the horizontal development direction and horizontally by 1/2 board length staggered paving. Starting from the corner of the wall, connect and fix the boards through the vertical structure staggered to ensure that one corner is straight and vertical. The glass wool boards at the yin and yang corners are interlocked. The glass wool at the four corners of the door and window openings shall not be spliced. The entire glass wool board cutting technology should be used to form the incision perpendicular to the board surface, and the corners of the wall should be pasted and fixed with the same insulation board.

6. System waterproof and special parts treatment

(1) When encountering doors and windows, the length and width of the glass wool board should be determined according to the position of the wall.

(2) Waterproof and moisture-proof: each glass wool board is packed in a plastic bag, check whether each plastic bag is damaged before installation, if there is any damage, attach a small plastic bag; no stone is hung on the top of the glass wool board after construction. Before gluing, cover it with plastic cloth to prevent leakage from the inside of the glass wool board due to rain; for the exposed glass wool board at the corner of the glass wool board, use aluminum foil strips of the same material as the surface layer to stick firmly; stone Structural joints are tightly sealed with silicone construction sealant.
