NBR Foam Mat

NBR foam is a relatively common thermal insulation and shock-proof material. It is a nitrile rubber plastic particle, a bridging agent, an auxiliary material, and the auxiliary materials are mixed with honey and then foamed in a high-temperature foaming furnace under the action of a special foaming agent for NBR foam. The thickness is changed according to the adjustment of the outlet of the machine, and the density adjustment is mainly controlled by temperature.

There are two types of NBR foam mat:Closed cell NBR foam mat and open cell NBR foam mat. NBR foam mat is a highly elastic porous material with closed cells; NBR material has good properties: bending resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance, flame retardant, waterproof, low thermal conductivity, shock absorption, impact resistance and sound insulation.
