Pu Coated Fiberglass Fabric

PU coated fiberglass fabric is a fiberglass fabric coated with flame-retardant PU (polyurethane) on one or both sides. The PU coating gives the fiberglass fabric a good weave setting (high stability) and waterproof performance. Polyurethane PU coated fiberglass fabric can withstand continuous working temperature of 550℃ and short-term working temperature of 600℃. Compared with the basic woven fiberglass fabric, it has many advantages such as good air tightness, fire resistance, abrasion resistance, oil resistance, solvent resistance, chemical resistance, non-irritating to the skin, and halogen-free. Can be used for fire and smoke applications, such as welding blankets, fire blankets, fire curtains, fabric air distribution pipes, fabric pipe joints, heat shields, blankets, jackets, cushions, mattresses. Can provide polyurethane coated fabrics in different colors, thicknesses and widths.

PU has excellent wear resistance, cold resistance, air permeability, aging resistance, good fire resistance, waterproof and anti-static properties.

PU coated fiberglass fabric products are often used for thermal insulation of pipes, smoke and fire prevention in public three-in-one places, indoor and outdoor building decoration and other places with fire protection requirements.

PU coated fiberglass fabric has the characteristics of fire resistance, high temperature resistance, water resistance and abrasion resistance.
